By making a donation to Mega-WoW, you agree that your donation is voluntary, final, and cannot be refunded under normal circumstances. Please read this entire policy before donating.
1. Understanding Your Donation
When you make a payment on Mega-WoW, you are making a VOLUNTARY DONATION to support server operations.
- You are purchasing Donation Points (DP) on the website
- Any items, services, mounts, gear, or other bonuses included in packages are provided as a complimentary thank-you gift
- These bonuses have NO real-world monetary value
- What you choose to spend your points on (items, services, etc.) is entirely your decision and is non-refundable
- Donations help us maintain server infrastructure, development, and hosting costs
2. Strict No-Refund Policy
HARD LIMITS - NO EXCEPTIONS FOR THE FOLLOWING:
2.1 Money Refunds Are NOT Possible
- Under NO circumstances will monetary refunds be issued except in critical, extraordinary situations determined solely at Mega-WoW staff's discretion
- Payment processor fees are non-recoverable
- Server costs are incurred immediately upon donation
- "Critical situations" are extremely rare and handled on a case-by-case basis by senior staff only
2.2 What We May Refund (At Staff Discretion Only)
In certain situations, Mega-WoW staff may, at their sole discretion, provide:
- Return of in-game items to your account
- Restoration of Donation Points to your account
- Package restoration
Important: These are NOT guaranteed and are entirely at staff discretion. Only Mega-WoW staff members have the authority to approve any form of refund or restoration.
2.3 Absolutely Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or compensation will NEVER be issued for:
- Buyer's Remorse: Changing your mind after donating
- Account Bans: If your account is banned for violating Terms of Service
- Item Nerfs/Changes: If in-game items are balanced, modified, or changed in any way
- Game Updates: Patches, updates, or feature changes that affect your items
- Package Changes: Changes to package contents or pricing
- Temporary Downtime: Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance
- Personal Circumstances: Loss of interest, lack of time, quitting the game, etc.
- Technical Issues: Your computer problems, internet connection issues
- Items Already Used: Any items that have been equipped, consumed, or used in any way
- Points Already Spent: Donation points that have been redeemed for items or services
- Server Modifications: Any changes to gameplay, rates, or features
3. Package Delivery Issues
If you experience problems receiving your donation package:
- Open a Support Ticket: Contact us through Discord or the in-game ticket system
- Provide Transaction Details: Include your transaction ID, account name, and date of donation
- Wait for Resolution: Staff will investigate and resolve legitimate delivery issues
We will resolve legitimate technical issues where payment was processed but items were not delivered. This is NOT a refund - this is completing the original transaction.
4. Staff Authority
- Only Mega-WoW staff members have the authority to approve any form of compensation, restoration, or in exceptional critical cases, partial refunds
- Staff decisions are final and not subject to appeal
- Harassment of staff members regarding refunds may result in account termination
- False or fraudulent refund claims will result in immediate permanent ban
5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
⚠️ SEVERE WARNING ABOUT CHARGEBACKS
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first will result in:
- Immediate and permanent account ban - no appeals
- Blacklisting from all future services
- Reporting to fraud prevention databases
- Potential legal action for fraudulent chargebacks
If you have a legitimate concern, ALWAYS contact us FIRST through Discord or in-game support before considering any dispute with your payment provider.
6. Before You Donate
To avoid any issues, please:
- ✓ Read package descriptions carefully before donating
- ✓ Double-check the donation amount
- ✓ Ensure you are logged into the correct account
- ✓ Save your transaction receipt/confirmation email
- ✓ Understand that ALL donations are FINAL
- ✓ Accept that item changes do NOT warrant refunds
- ✓ Acknowledge that you are supporting the server voluntarily

For package delivery issues or technical problems (NOT refund requests):
- Discord: Open a support ticket in our Discord server
- In-Game: Use the in-game ticket system

BY MAKING A DONATION TO Mega-WoW, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT:
- You have read and understood this Refund Policy in its entirety
- Your donation is voluntary and made to support the server
- All donations are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE
- You are purchasing points, and any included items/services are bonuses with no monetary value
- Item changes, nerfs, or modifications do not entitle you to any refund
- Only Mega-WoW staff can authorize any form of compensation at their sole discretion
- You will contact support through proper channels before considering any payment disputes
- This agreement is final and binding
