By accessing or using Mega-WoW, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Mega-WoW. Your continued use of the service after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the modified terms.

Mega-WoW is a private World of Warcraft server operated by fans for entertainment purposes. This is NOT an official Blizzard Entertainment service.

• We provide gaming services on an "as-is" basis
• Service availability is not guaranteed
• The server may be modified, updated, or discontinued at any time
• We are not affiliated with Blizzard Entertainment in any way

3. Account Registration and Responsibility

• You must provide accurate information during registration
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• We are not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access
• Account sharing or selling is strictly prohibited

4. Acceptable Use Policy

4.1 Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Use cheats, hacks, bots, or unauthorized third-party software
• Exploit bugs or glitches for personal gain
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other players
• Use offensive, racist, or inappropriate language or character names
• Advertise other servers or commercial products
• Impersonate staff members or other players
• Attempt to compromise server security or stability
• Share or sell accounts
• Use macros or automation for gameplay
• Spam chat channels or disrupt gameplay
• Engage in real-money trading (RMT) of in-game items or currency

4.2 Consequences of Violations

Violation of these rules may result in:

• Warning or mute
• Temporary suspension
• Permanent ban without appeal
• Character deletion or rollback
• Forfeiture of all donations without refund

5. Donations and Virtual Items

5.1 Nature of Donations

• All payments are voluntary donations to support Mega-WoW server costs and operations
• You are purchasing Donation Points (DP) on the website only
• Any items, services, or bonuses included in donation packages are provided as a complimentary thank-you gesture and have no monetary value
• Virtual items and currencies have NO real-world monetary value
• ALL DONATIONS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE

5.2 Virtual Currency and Points

• Donation Points (DP) and Vote Points (VP) are virtual currencies with no cash value
• Points cannot be exchanged for real money under any circumstances
• We reserve the right to adjust point values, rewards, or item pricing at any time
• Points and items may be removed for Terms violations without compensation
• What you spend your points on is entirely your choice and is non-refundable

5.3 Item Changes and Modifications

• In-game items, stats, and features may be modified, nerfed, buffed, or removed at any time for game balance
• Changes to items you have purchased or obtained do NOT entitle you to a refund
• Package contents may change without prior notice
• We are not obligated to notify you of changes to items or services

6. Support and Issue Resolution

• If you encounter issues with your donation or package delivery, you must open a support ticket on our Discord server or through our in-game ticket system
• We will make reasonable efforts to resolve legitimate technical issues
• Support is provided on a best-effort basis and response times are not guaranteed
• False or fraudulent support claims may result in account termination

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Blizzard Entertainment

World of Warcraft, WoW, Warcraft, and Blizzard Entertainment are trademarks or registered trademarks of Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. in the U.S. and/or other countries. This server is a fan-made project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Blizzard Entertainment.

7.2 Server Content

• Original content created by Mega-WoW (website design, custom features) is our property
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission
• User-generated content remains your property but you grant us a perpetual license to use it

8. Service Availability

• We strive for high uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
• Maintenance windows may require temporary downtime without prior notice
• We are not liable for service interruptions, data loss, or character loss
• The server may be discontinued at any time without prior notice
• Server discontinuation does not entitle you to any refunds

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The service is free of viruses or harmful components
• Any content or data will be preserved

10. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL Mega-WoW OR ITS OPERATORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, characters, or virtual items
• Loss of profits or goodwill
• Damages resulting from service interruption
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of Mega-WoW after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
